Hospital Resources
Pampers partners with hospitals, healthcare organizations and healthcare professionals to provide resources for babies and their families that best optimize all factors that influence a baby’s care.
Dedicated to Professionals Like You
From continuing education to symposiums and scholarships, we’re proud to provide resources for the healthcare professionals who support and care for babies.
Community Impact
Improving Care Equity for Black Moms
In the U.S., Black mothers are two to three times more likely to die from pregnancy-related complications than women of other races, regardless of income or education. Many of those deaths are preventable. Pampers is helping healthcare professionals address the foundation of babies’ development: a healthy mom, regardless of race.
Pampers Bright Beginnings Book Program
Reading to a baby between the ages of zero and three is proven to impact core brain development through exposure to words. Our vision is that all babies will be read to from birth. Pampers is partnering with hospitals, NICU centers, and community groups to provide books and resources to parents on the benefits of reading.

Support For Preemie Parents, Every Step Of The Way
Along with our partners like the Graham’s Foundation and the National Association of Neonatal Therapists (NANT), Pampers is committed to helping preemie parents get the education and support they need. Below are resources for hospitals to share with their parents of preemies to ease the transition from hospital to home.
Pampers® Kangaroo-A-Thon Kit
To promote babies’ healthy development and help parents feel more connected, we created the Pampers® Kangaroo-a-thon Kit to encourage extra kangaroo care in the NICU. This kit includes everything you will need to host a Kangaroo-a-thon in your unit, including: flyers and sign-up form templates to promote the event, entry forms and charts to track Kangaroo time, printable art and banners to drive excitement, and so much more!
Through Match Request, parents are paired with a mentor based on diagnosis, gestational age at delivery or personal experience for as long as support is needed. The new Connect Program offers an immediate video-call connection for quick conversations or until long-term support can be arranged. Both options are available to help preemie parents get the support they need, from the early days in the NICU to the transition home.

Newborn Monographs
A strong partnership between families and professionals is essential for every baby’s transition from womb to world. As a healthcare provider, you can actively involve and educate families to help improve outcomes and long-term health.
In collaboration with healthcare leaders and professional associations, we created these pre-term and full-term newborn monographs to outline how the Womb to World model supports babies’ development through five pillars:
- Signals
- Sensory support
- Positioning
- Sleep & calm state
- Skin care
To encourage family-centered care, the monographs also detail how healthcare providers can actively involve and educate families to improve outcomes.
